E6USA Sportswear began as Olympic Bound Sportswear back in 1976. It was a family business started by a mother who just knew she could do it! This was way before Nike came up with the "just do it" motto. It began as two sewing machines and a vision. It was Mrs. Cooley who started out saying one thing.... "Be truly dedicated to quality and you can't fail"
Mrs. Cooley ran the company for over twenty years... eventually changing the name of the company to Cooley Sportswear. The one thing that never changed was the commitment to quality control, and that will never change!
In 2004 the company was bought by Betty Easley and her son Steve. With a commitment to maintain the quality product and grow the business into new markets. This new energy has lead to many new innovations while maintaining the commitment to quality that began almost 30 years ago.
Due to the unexpected passing of Betty Easley in January of 2008 we made a decision to change our name to E6USA. Marking our commitment to the 6 members of Betty's family and the U.S.A. We're very proud of the fact that our finished product is 100% American made!
