Here at Cooley Customized Sportswear, we don't just pay lip service to quality. We design it, sew it, and craft it into every garment we sell. Literally everything that goes into our warm-ups, from fabric to thread, is the highest quality product available to us on the market.

It all starts with how we design our patterns and cut them. We actually cut our sizes a little bigger than most. (Sure, it costs a little more, but wouldn't you rather wear something that will last than wear something that falls apart a couple months from now?) Players and coaches appreciate a better, looser fit in warm-ups. And it shows up in how long they last, too.

We also put a little more time into our warm-ups, much more than other manufacturers would dare consider. The people who work with us are craftspersons, and we give them high-quality, professional, commercial machines to help them do their jobs right. They don't work in some "sweat shop" overseas, but right here with us in the U.S.

The thread we use consists of a polyester core wrapped again with polyester. This means the burst strength of our thread is double compared to most ordinary warm-ups.

Another area we don't skimp on is drawcords. We use only nylon-tipped drawcords to prevent unravelling. It's a little thing, but it makes a big difference.

We also use only top quality Y.K.K. "Big Tooth" zippers, by far the best and longest-lasting zipper on the market. It's something that makes a big difference in warm-ups, because after long use and repeated washings, many inferior zippers become difficult to use.

To make sure the quality of our fabrics will be consistently stronger and more durable than off-brand or import fabrics, we use only DuPont nylons. Then, we spend the extra time to reinforce stress points, and we put stay stitches in where others don't.

All of our fabrics have a DuPont (DWR) water repellent finish to withstand the most extreme conditions.

Our jackets come standard with a top quality Y.K.K. "Big Tooth" zipper, elasticized waistband, elasticized cuffs, and deep sideseam pockets. Our pants come standard with elasticized waistband and ankle cuffs, deep sideseam pockets, top quality 12" Y.K.K. ankle zippers, and a drawcord. You may order both jackets and pants lined or unlined, and you may utilize team or company colors, in any combination, on any style selected. And if you need your organization's name put on your jacket, we can handle that as well with our available in-house embroidery.

Also, we never discontinue styles, so if you need a small fill-in order a couple years from now, you got it!
